Ultasonography. has been used in clinical fields because of Its merits, such as convenience, noninvasiveness and abscence of radiation heard.
Author performed 67 cases of cholecstosonography and compared with surgical and Pathological findings.
The results were as follows :
1. 45 patients(67.1%) were distributed age 40 to 59, and male to female ratio was 1: 1.4.
2. The order of frequency of GB disease T·as gallstone, acalculculcus cholecystitie, CB cancerand clonorchiasis.
3. The most common sonographic findings of GB stone was internal echo with sonic shadowing, and gallstone detection rate was 92.1%
4. The order of frequency of sonographic findings of calculous cholecystitis were GBtoning, GB distension, faint internal echo and wall anechoicity. In cases of acalculousitis, small portion of GB distension was seen.
5. Sonographic findings of CB cancer were irregular echogenic mass and movatility by position change.
